Blown to the Land of Oz by a Kansas cyclone, Dorothy and her little dog, Toto, are at a loss to know how to get back home. Wearing the magic silver slippers which she has earned quite unexpectedly, and protected by the kiss of the good Witch of the East, Dorothy goes in search of the Wizard of Oz in the hope that he can solve her problem.
