Equipping and empowering students is a passion God ignited in Heather Gillott years ago. Beginning more than two decades ago, a heart for teaching enkindled a journey that has become an integral part of Heather Gillott’s life. Possessing a Master’s of Education degree from the University of Cincinnati, Heather not only home educates her three daughters, she has also founded two successful businesses. As a result of these businesses, Heather has effectively augmented academic understanding in the subjects of language arts, math, and ACT/SAT preparation for over 300 students. Additionally, Heather taught for three years at Classical Conversations.
A love of learning, coupled with a heart for students, motivates Heather not only to invest in each student and guide him or her to success in the study of Ancient or British literature, but to also empower each student to recognize his or her God-given strengths and talents and use those gifts to become world-changers!
Being married to her rock and greatest advocate for twenty-four years, a man who inspires her by example, provides the foundation for Heather’s assurance that teaching prevails as God’s plan for her life.
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers: in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12
